got a problem on model 6252 as you can not use the " Stair- TRAC " in ascending the stairs,,this system was on good during descending operation

So thats what that ratcheting sound was....I heard it as I was taken down the stairs. I was a bit out of it at the time lol
Unless you have thighs of steel you cannot climb the stairs facing the direction forward. & yes, these are heavier & more cumbersome. I dread everyone I have to use this.
Do it with a fat patient to show the real struggle
