The justification was that the wumpy was overshadowing any other movement mechanic and that if u wanted to cross a big gap u just wumpy, which is reasonable, but then grappler is fucking busted and the big gap in question i wanna (and will) cross is downtown spawn to dirwik in 1 gumpy. i remember this shit made a lot of wr time trial holders really mad and honestly its power was really apreciated on some places of dirwik that litterally scream "grapple me" when you main gearless. Personally i dont like feeling like spider man on a parkour game and i didnt like the grapler on legacy either, if you allow ppl flying from vertigo to apollo u could leave the wumpy as it is
