Mostly based on Serge Carrier's version, also to be found on UA-cam, but also influenced by versions of the tune I'd heard decades ago.

Very nicely played, and, I agree, I love that version. Often the tune is played as a two-parter (particularly if it's played for a dance form that needs an AABB repeat pattern), but - in my opinion - adding the third part derived from Mony Musk is super. Not only is it a nice contrast played in A Mixolydian, the chord changes* make for a beautiful addition to the D Major for the first parts. I think that Jean Carignan only played the C part one time through but generally you'll hear it CC.
(* Which you can only infer through the melody on a solo one-row but that doesn't matter, the contrast is there.)
