teagan has only two stealth, so i recommend being patient in floors with a lot of twisteds (and in blackouts). and keep your stamina up!
i would use a speed trinket (pink bow or running shoes) to make sure she has a better chance at getting away, and probably magnifying glass as the other (or blue bandana, if you're relatively new to the game).
also, keep box o' chocolates, bottle of pop, and eject buttons in your inventory at all times! these items help with keeping your stamina up.
