What's a "Micro Music Video"? A tiny, simple and hypnotizing video accompaniment to my songs. Rather than seeing a static image, I loved the idea of having a visual to get lost in while listening.
As someone who has been to Alaska frequently, specifically the Kenai peninsula area that the film depicts, this song captures the essence of what it is like to witness that space.
I knew I recognized it. I live here in AK and was just like "wait, that looks so much like where I've been before"
I could - and probably will - write paragraphs about this song and the effect it's had on me. It's a lot. But in summary, this song, to me...it represents the mountains around where I live. It represents descending a lone mountain at sunset, driving through a valley and seeing the golden sun on the tree-laden slopes, it represents going home on a route I know by heart at midnight, it represents attempting to find some peace by a lake or view where you've set up camp. One day, I hope it will represent waking up or falling asleep with a significant other, alone in the forest.
It represents just *being* somewhere special. And I ought to be thankful for the places I live and the places I can visit. They are beautiful.
By God!! Isn't this the most inspiring instrumental you've ever heard? It makes me wanna go explore the world barefoot...

Listening to this piece on loop is so profound when I look at the New York City skyline. I listen when I’m afar. I listen when I am near. I listen when I’m in Manhattan. With each build up in this piece, I feel the build up of this city. I feel the ingenuity behind every bridge, tunnel, and building. I see people move about, each having their own stories ahead of them: the culmination of past and future lives, each replete with those stories, is the story of this city and what’s to come. What profundity!
I cried again! And how can you not cry? Each song has its own meaning and makes you feel a diferent feeling with each song. So Thanks for bringing them!

I'm a new fan too. I found the song "saturn" while watching Clexa edits (my otp from The 100) and now I'm totally in love with SAL. My favorites are Saturn, Hearing, Sorrow, Indian, North and Arctic
I have found these to be so incredibly relaxing to listen to-for going to sleep, meditating, traveling, reading, doing homework, whatever. I'm a newer fan and can say with confidence that "Sleeping At Last" is one of the most influential bands I've ever come across and that its songs are truly art. It is soul put into music. And right now during quarantine it has been such a blessing to be able to listen to it. It helps take your mind off of all the bad happening, if only for a little while.

Every single one of their songs touch my soul. They sing words and make melodies I deeply needed to hear and didn’t even know I needed to. Alright... as much as i love Sleeping at Last i can't help but associate them with one my old best friends that could have easily turned into probably the best relationship I've ever had.. the chemistry we had was off this world but life happens and bc of that i can't seem to enjoy them as much as i would love to. Listening at 3am sad and hoping isn't helpful but i still do it.
I know this is a year later, but I hope you're doing alright. Never give up hope

I suffered my worst ever break up back in 2019 and I moved back to my home city. Anyway I came across Sleeping at Last and to sum up this piece of music in a few words, well it saved my life and that is no exaggeration. Thank you for helping me out of a very very dark place and showing me that no matter how hard life can seem. There is always hope out there. 🙏
