Turnkey Robotic Aluminum or Steel Wheels Palletizing Cell - ABB TARA Robotic Automation

In this turnkey solution for Wheels robotic palletizing system assembled by TARA Robotics engineers, previously manufactured steel or aluminum Wheels are being moved into our specially designed camera station. This camera station detects the proper type of these Wheels by its unique camera and it’s software, thus leads the Wheels into their correct robot stations. Thereafter, these Wheels are being transferred to a particular positioner conveyor which is also used as product conveyor for centering orientation. After centering, an ABB IRB 660 special palletizing robot picks centered steel/aluminum Wheels from the last product conveyor to sort them into a specially designed Wheels pallet.
In the meantime, second ABB IRB 660 robot on a slider which is designed by TARA Robotics Engineer Team, uses its special tool to assist the system by bringing necessary materials such as wooden/iron pallet, layer separator sheets, nylon/paper sheets to insert them into each sections between the layers.
