    In number 9 when asked when is it is acceptable to use a hand held mobile phone while driving, you say the correct response is "C. Never", but in your explanation you say it is only acceptable quote: "in case of emergencies", which would be "B". Sorry, but this has left me puzzled as to what the correct answer might be.

    And on the question 21 I am stopping using this material as absolutely wrong and even dangerous! There are TWO types of the reflective triangles. The triangle ON the car does mean slow moving vehicle. Hazardous materials are manifested by a quadrangular sign, not a triangle!

    This answer C (to see the other driver's mirror) is absolutely ridiculous. Just imagine the driver passing you on your left. In the beginning, you see him far behind you in your left side mirror. While he approaches, he all of a sudden gets into your left blind zone, and sort of disappear. And than he appears again close to you on your left. He has been seeing your mirror all the time, both being far behind you as well as in your blind zone. This stupid advise will make some drivers STAY in the blind zone, not to avoid it!
