Just FYI, as someone born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, we pronounce it with a short a like cat (or Alex) rather than the sort of short o sound or the British/Aussie AH that a lot of words get (and honestly a lot of the rest of the US also mispronounces it). If you are named Nevada after the state (which I assume is based on another unnamed fantasy professor who shares his name with a state and the family dog) then the state is a shorter a. If you are named Nevada after the Spanish word for snow covered, then you are pronouncing it correctly.
Also if you’re not American, you’ll need to add an “r” sound between Nevada and any other word starting with a consonant. As in, “Nevadar-is far away.”
The first scenario I ever ran. It’s great how you turned it into a Christmas story.
Odd note: There are occasions when Alex reminds me of Hayley Williams of Paramour, only cooler.
Dr Jones immediately fails like a chump - must be a Disney movie 😂
Excited to watch this!

If you are not pronouncing it in Spanish, it does not matter 😂
