💯 correct! If we had McCabe we would have sold all our players and be fighting to stay in the championship. In my lifetime of 37 years the prince has been the best owner. Under his ownership: L1 champions, back in the EPL twice and 9th finish in the EPL. He just isn't a billionaire or else what could have been 🤷🏽♂️

Maybe avoid the whole amortisation explanations by just talking about cash. If you look at it from that perspective Forest were much better off. Which is obviously borne out in reality.
Forest were not "better off" their accounts were shocking. But they had an owner who isn't an investor but basically a benefactor. He is putting money in that he won't get back. It is a rich plaything to him and he clearly wanted to be in the EPL at any cost.
What would tingo man have to do with these accounts , he wasn't even on the scene at the time these accounts were for.
Nowt, we only mention him as his proposed takeover was ongoing at the due date for these accounts being published. That uncertainty is probably why they were delayed 3 months.
Darren needs to be on the board.
Sounds like he has an angle on the finances more than the club's accountants.

Why do we Release so many Players and never ask for owt???? Like Mousette He basically Did the same thing at Bournemouth Yet Bournemouth Sold him to us instead of releasing him?....Who does our contracts?
We did try to sell Mouss (and Freeman) before they were eventually out of contract and released with both having loans with options to buy but Mouss was always out of condition and Freeman had a couple of serious injuries.
Just as an after thought, who was financing the other clubs in the group ?
Like us they are self funding and also pay a contribution to Utd World for central shared services
I don't really understand the finance world like you Darren, but, is it reasonable to suspect that Blades are keeping these clubs afloat.
I'm probably miles off my suspicions mate.
@@russ8544 no not at all. Both the clubs in Belgium and France are in a bad place financially and could do with our help but they don't get it. The clubs operate independently. No money goes between them.
Problem is Prince Abdullah not the fact he's a suadi prince but he's only giving the club £20 Millon in the premier league your going to have to work some miracles to stay up in the premier league it's going to be tight to beat the drop
He put £28m in last season but I don't expect him to put more in this season. He has already said he has put in as much as he can but also if he is trying to sell the club he is unlikely to put more in.
