That's the beauty of confit lol. Confit pork belly they you fry for like 30 seconds is one of life's greatest pleasures. She was being extra nosy while inwas filming so I figured is bug her for a minute lol
No worries. Subbing chicken thighs for the duck will be just as good and have a similar texture. I lived in a small town briefly before moving here so I feel the struggle and the need to be creative when your options are limited.
