hungryheart09 Open the large front door and above the toner cartridge you pull down a small flap/door. The flap is sprung loaded so will spring back if you let go. When you open the flap you will see another flap/handle drop down. This handle is used to pull out the old drum. Of course you have one for each colour. This procedure is for the imageRunner irac2000 range such as the model in the video.
