  • These 5 tips will help make your barefoot walks safer and more enjoyable!
    1. My favorite time to go on a barefoot walk in the park is after a gentle rain. The soil will be cool and soft without any dust.
    2. Always wear shoes or sandals until you reach a safe place to go barefoot.
    3. Keep an eye out for broken glass, rusty metal, and animal poo.
    4. If you encounter sharp rocks walk slowly and carefully, or just put your shoes/sandals back on.
    5. Pack a wash cloth or bandana with you, and some water, so you can clean your feet before putting your shoes back on.

      I finally got a medication that works, hopefully it lasts for a while this time. I want to try to get back to making more regular gardening videos too. I hope your doing well Vicki ❤❤
