For the case of cabbage for instance, I plan a variety of dishes for the week like noodles/chinese in one meal, I liek to make cabbage as a sabzi, also koftas or momos..all these use the same veggie but in different ways

Hi !! Thanks for watching the video..I like to clean my cookware right after the cooking is done and the vessel has cooled down a bit. Also after you remove the cooked dish from the container then add hot water in it. That will make sure nothing sticks to the pan.
