My bestfriend and love of my life since I was 15 years old (20, almost 21 now) died August 22nd 2018. He overdosed on heroin while I was in treatment getting help for the heroin addiction I also shared. We spent a lot of time being high but more time just being bestfriends, soul mates, in love. This song makes me think about him. I miss him everyday. He would want me to keep breathing. He would want me to be happy. I love you baby.

My dad and my mom were struggling with heroin, my dad died and my mom finally got the help she needed, thank God she's doing okay. My dad and her never married, but they had been close and dating sin e middle school. I'm really sorry, I know how much it hurts to loose someone to heroin

But there's also not one without thorns. Just like not one life has no difficulties. And no matter how long you take care of either of them, their time eventually has to come. Sometimes, they leave before they deserve to. It's up to you to accept it and move on, no matter how long it will take. You are not ahead or behind in your life. You move at your OWN pace.
