Saw these talented metal heads after seeing Maiden, twice,, these ladies played everything to the T,, I'd pay concert prices to see these women live, again
Interesting, I have seen many of their shows and they never played this. I went to many shows and filmed a lot of stuff in 2009-2010. Unfortunately I missed the Nita Strauss era. So lessons I learned in filming many of their shows and making videos: always stand in front of Courtney, she has prodigal skills and can flirt with the camera. Know who does what solo, and focus on them. If the singer is not singing, leave her out entirely. If there is a prominent drum piece or bass part, focus on that part. Thanks for sharing.
Guitar parts are fairly good (drumming is surely ok, but it's not loud enough), but the bass... And to tell the truth it was not a perfect choice for the singer. I don't have anything against girl bands (NO! I love them all!), but it's not easy to choose a classic metal song that fits for them. Do they have own songs or they make only covers?
The recording is probably a cell phone: you can almost feel it's mic getting crushed by anything low end. That might explain the lack of bass in the playback. They're a Maiden tribute band, so, no originals and no other band covers... but they've been around a long time. Google them and then click on various current and former members for their own side projects. These are very talented ladies. For me, as a huge Maiden fan, it doesn't get much better than a group of lovely ladies head banging and knocking out a bunch of Maiden classics. Love 'em!
Perfect backing vocal!
