But generating enough force with just the muscles in your upper torso to counteract an engine capable of lifting a chopper weighing several tons, and curling said several ton chopper into a building, is so far beyond the bounds of human capability that if that isn't superhuman, nothing is. I highly doubt that the ten strongest men on our Earth could replicate that working together
