I seriously have no freaking words!! It took me ages to write this comment because I really wanted to appreciate every little thing you've done with this renovation! 🥰 🙏 It is absolutely perfect! Exactly what I wanted and SO much more!😍 I can't thank you enough, seriously! You perfectly captured the mix between rustic and modern and I simply cannot wait for the boys to be able to call this beauty their home! When I first loaded it up in my game, I sat there like an excited little boy, on the edge of my seat and when I was in build mode, I couldn't believe that this has been done FOR ME! ME?!🤭 I spent about an hour just admiring it, taking everything in and I must say, you never fail to blow me away! From the actual remodel/shape change of the house to the smallest little MOO detail, no words!👏 I usually don't go for darker themes and colours too much, but you have converted me! I think the darker tones are absolutely ideal for this home and wouldn't change them for the world! I wanted to point out a few things that particularly warmed my heart. I immediately noticed the original master bedroom's wallpaper in the downstairs half-bath and gasped audibly, because I remembered you mentioned to me that you liked it and wanted to keep it somewhere in the reno. Then... The cultural/heritage hints towards the boys... Wow! They are subtle enough to really be something special, like the sombrero on the wall in the master bathroom, the Shoji/paper door leading into Tommy's studio... Speaking about the recording rooms, you've truly outdone yourself! I sat there for a good few minutes just staring at how unique and customised you've made them! The creativity is insane🤩 I didn't know that the stencil-remover mod would work even if you don't have it installed, but now I have to get it, I didn't even recognise some objects without the stencils! There are so so many details I could mention, like recolouring the fireman jackets to look like an actual coat rack with rain jackets, the bubble bath, and rubber duckies at the bathtubs... I can't get over it! 🙌 I'll say this again and again - you've given me a wonderful gift that I shall forever cherish and I can't wait for you to see the house in action on Twitter one of these days in the near future! VIC!!! I'm incredibly overjoyed that you love what I've done. That fact that you've noticed all the details both big and small is just so heart warming. So I feel like it was a bit of fate with the nods to the culture references...while searching for pictures (I was at first looking for geometric patterns), I found some cc that was Boyoun Kim artwork. She is a New York based artist from Korea, so I knew I had to get some of her art in there 🥰 Omg, yes, the stencil remover is such an incredible mod and I really love that it transfers across. Definitely get it in your game, it's so much fun figuring out what you can remove from things. Seriously, I cannot wait to keep up to date with the boys as they go on their rags to riches venture! 😍
I have been binge watching your videos today. I am now recreating a new save file of Riverview with all your renovatons and makeovers. I love to play, but i suck at building/decorating, and creating Sims, so it is great that you do these vidoes!!

I think Theo’s first bedroom is my fave, it’s just too cute ❤ all the rustic recolouring is gorgeous. I’m not sure if there is a quick way to edit a video if you want it to all to be as perfect as it can be, but your videos are amazinggggg so all the time you take to make and perfect it is so worth it! I cannot wait to see which house you renovate next 🤩

Their the Carpenter-Rhodes household in river view they are two separate households with the parents in a big farm house and the daughter in a townhouse. If not then then the Mcdormicks?
