Yeah, Sengun is their best player/prospect and doesn't have the foot speed to defend as a PF or the outside shot to play offense as a PF. He's very much a Center. So you would basically be using the #3 pick on a back-up Center which doesn't make sense at all. If it plays out like this, I imagine they would either go with Sheppard or Risacher.

Nobody really knows who to pick for Houston because Sarr/Risacher are likely to be off the board, but there aren't any other highly ranked prospects that fit in there naturally. Salaun feels like a bit of a reach, but a high-upside swing for a team that can afford to give him time to develop isn't the worst idea. Outside of that, they might want to trade back, but they probably wouldn't get as much of a haul from it this year as they would most years.

About Koloko though, last year we waived him after a blood clot issue was discovered with him and the NBA had to take him into their medical testing and care. So our center depth is pretty aged and slow atm with our only centres being Poeltl and the recently added Kelly Olynyk. Missi would immediately add an athletic shot-blocker/rim protector and rim finisher to the team with even more upside beyond that thanks to his touch with the ball.

However, if Da Silva is the pick by the King's GM, then the Kings need to tade down about 5-8 spots where Da Silva should be drafted with the likes of Ware and Klintmann.

Personally as a Pistons fan, I’d rather trade down in the draft and get two prospects like Tyler Kolek and Tristan DaSilva. I like Reed but to me he’s just kind of soft. Kolek literally does the same thing but is more win now ready which is what we REALLY need.

Yeah, this is definitely my dream draft for Portland. I think Risacher is off the board at 7 and Salaun is likely off the board at 14. If Portland wants Salaun they probably have to take him at 7. I seriously wouldn't be surprised to see him go before that.

Kings need an athletic, long forward that stretch the court to play next to Sabonis and Murray. Smith fits this profile better than Da Silva. However, if Da Silva is the pick by the King's GM, then the Kings need to tade down about 5-8 spots where Da Silva should be drafted with the likes of Ware and Klintmann.
