What's the greatest invention since Tiege Hanley? The hoodie! It's a men's style staple that every guy loves, most men own, but very few know how to properly rock. In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is going over five ways to look like a super sexy stylish ninja in a hoodie versus your bus driver Barry.
Not all hoodies are created equal.
Some hoodies are simple nice and comfortable, but some hoodies are ah-mazing. The one that Alpha's wearing is 'meh' - it's too big. Size down! Also, if the hoodie has a logo or crazy pattern is not as versatile. Look for a simple, clean, and solid hoodie. Also the fabric matters. A regular cotton hoodie can't be dressed up like a Merino wool hoodie. Alpha thinks the zip-up is more versatile than the pull over with the pocket since it can be layered & paired since it's not as casual.
How to ROCK Your Hoodie

2. Pair & layer with a great vest and green Pumas
3. Denim jacket and chinos

Andrew McLean tracking macros is important my dude even if you’re underweight. That’s some trash you’re saying.
Counting macros is a complete waste of time unless you’re in competition. Just control your portion sizes. If you’re a competition body builder, by all means keep doing it, but this person just needs to take baby steps and counting macros is way too intimidating for someone at this level to actually commit. A good PT knows the level of their client and introduces them to knew steps along the way. This person just needs to eat a lot of protein and carbs and hit the gym and he’ll pack on some lean muscle in no time
Additionally, sometimes it’s not as much about how much you’re eating as it is what you’re eating. Always make sure you’re eating whole foods. You’re carbs should be complex fibrous carbs and starchy carbs. Avoid refined carbs completely.
I would never introduce counting macros to a client until they’ve been training for a solid amount of time and express an interest in competing

As kind of a hoodie expert, I actually recommend the Hanes Sport Performance Fleece Zip hoodie. It’s fitted, tag free, no logos, all polyester (which means it’s soft, wicking, will never lose it’s shape, and never shrink)... and it’s less than $20. Best hoodie on the planet likely (in my opinion). Just my take.

Hassan Islam look up cardio to burn fat and pick the one that is 37 minutes, I do that every morning before breakfast. I also do alpha’s hiit workout three times a day. It’s hard but if you want to lose weight you gotta do what you gotta do. I also started eating healthier and started following alpha’s diet. Hope it works for you like it’s working for me 😁

Hassan Islam if you want to lose weight, you should manage your calorie intake and do light weight high rep exercises. This will tone you up and increase muscle mass in the process. This is much better than cardio but cardio should also be included. I recommend the stair master at the gym, it’s perfect and still even makes me struggle on that. You should have two sets on that, first one at lvl 9 for ten minutes and then take a one minute rest while the machine is going so put it at 1-2... Then for your next set you will also do 10 minutes but put the level at 11. If you have any more questions then just ask. 😊

Uhren kosten nunmal viel geld. Genause wie bei autos muss man halt nen bisschen geld in die hand nehmen wenn man sich eine kaufen will. Kleiner tipp von mir aber: Kauf dir niemals vincero uhren. Alpha bewirbt sie nur weil sie ihn dafür bezahlen. Seiko,orient oder citizen sind in der selben preisklasse aber sehr viel besser. Ein hoodie muss natürlich keine 150 tacken kosten, da kannst du auch zu h&m gehen und dir einen für 10 kaufen. Gürtel sind da wieder etwas anderes. Ein richtiger leder gürtel ist nunmal etwas teures, aber genauso wie bei uhren sollte man da schon ein wenig geld in die hand nehmen, immerhin trägst du uhren und gürtel fast jeden tag.

I'm a tall man with a normal-to-slightly long torso but very long arms and so I have to go with tall-sized long sleeved items. Which means that the body tends to be longer than I require but the alternative (as far as off-the-rack is concerned) is to go with something with too-short sleeves. Which is no bueno!

I need a couple denim jackets. Specifically a dark and a light washed. I have a creme colored hoodie that would look amazing with one.
I'm short and thin men and i prefer hoodies that are not to tihgt or to bulky. In my opinion the Best optiion is to stay in your size but go for slim fit cut. A lot of manufactures have hoodies with this cut. Not to bulky not to tihgt. But still its hard find hoodie that lenght is similar to leather jacket . Most of hoodies have mid but lenght and leather jacket a waist lenght. Going size down sometimes work especially in regular cat hoodies.
