1- Jo CRO dikhaya hai vah sirf 40 V peak le sakta hai. Jyada voltage ke liye probe laganee padegee. Mai es cro me 10:1 probe ke sath bhee maximum 175 volt AC dekh sakta hoo.
2- High voltage dene per CRO faiil ho sakta hai.

It depends upon DSO model. Model , what I have shown is one of the cheapest, but It has USB port and Lan port both. for data ttansfer. But I never tried.

Both are required depending upon circuit diagram. For some ckt multimeter is sufficient. For some ckt CRO also is required.
