This is a video examining what these BFDI characters would be charged with if they were in real life court.

If death threats were illegal, the average COD player is considered a wanted criminal.
Not just any criminal, a war criminal!
They are, but they’re obviously not taken seriously there
Legitimate death threats *are* illegal; don't phrase it like "if [it] were illegal". Chronically online losers don't get charged because their death threats are empty and illegitimate. If a stranger online has no clue about how to physically reach you, then they can't specifically kill you. This is why it's important to not share too much information online about your real life identity.

Most of this is accurate, but I want to clarify some points.
• 1:18: Teardrop isn't friends with Woody; Woody was being creepy and going too close to her, so Teardrop was doing self-defense. She didn't know that Woody was going to land on Rocky and have a small piece of him fall off.
• 2:20: Teardrop's plan was to choose which one of the characters would yell the loudest upon falling into the acid, so she only intended to kill one of them. Therefore, her going near Lollipop and Leafy with the pliers wasn't attempted murder.
• 5:10: We don't know that Yellow Face legally captured Purple Face.
• 9:29: Yoyleland is abandoned, so I don't think Golf Ball entering one of the buildings counts as trespassing.
I feel like it should be noted that Yellow Face had conflict with Purple Face due to him simply stating that the product he was promoting (Non Slip Shoes So Ha) was old and out of style.
Yes it does count as trespassing just because it's abandoned doesn't mean no one owns it

With BFDIA 6 released, Needle has slapped Nickel with a record of 84-ish times. That's an additional 42 years in prison, for a (not so) grand total of 53.5 years in prison
And in TPOT 8 Needle slapped another contestant. So that is 54 years in prison.
And in tpot 69 she slapped 19 million contestants so 9.5 million years
I really think that many of TD’s crimes have mitigating factors. For example, when she committed her first crime by kicking Woody, Woody was sexually harassing her, which could be used as a defense.
Also, although Gelatin claimed that he was six, Gelatin owns a business called Gelatin’s steakhouse, and not many six-year-olds own businesses more complex than lemonade stands. His voice also sounds much older than six, so I think he should be considered an adult.

Also, in the twinkle of contagion episode, Gelatin makes a potty joke and Donut scolds him and he literally said he was six years old 🤦🏻♀️

In CorpsePrime's most recent Sentencing BFDI Characters for their Crimes video (on Yellow Face), we found out Yellow put Purple in that box simply because Yellow is racist towards purple beings, so Purple did not deserve to be trapped and he had every right to break out, so CorpsePrime dropped Purple's charges at 5:08 and 5:13

A little thing also to say in BFB 27 teardrops crime, I would also count leafy as involuntary manslaughter for TD since flower landed on her and both flower and teardrop didn’t recognize flower was gonna land on leafy until it was too late.
