Hey man, I just wanted to ask how you actually got started recording/writing guitar parts for beats I've been producing for a while, but also have a pretty extensive background in metal guitar and recording Since the new wave of aggressive trap/metal trap has began to become more and more popular (City Morgue, Ghostemane, etc) I've been thinking about trying my hand at writing guitar parts, but I honestly have no clue where to start in general when it comes to guitar for beats
Man I just try not to overthink it and just play what feels good. I am very particular about the tempos, I use bpms that rappers typically use. And I make the parts as catchy and memorable as possible like the riffs you here in classic rock sounds or oldschool R&B
