You are an important part of feeding America that most people probably forget. I thank you for doing a very high risk job that I would guess most people doesn't even know exists.
Alot of respect for u guys I got family that hauls cattle i have road along multiple times and it's a dangerous job between the cows and bulls from people driving on the roads that would cut u off. It's a dangerous job and alot of respect goes out to you guys
That round and round cow looked a bit tricky you did the right thing staying behind the gate and waiting for the her to get buried in with the others so easy to rush in and get your self injured 😉 👍
When you first started, I thought it was Christmas, with the burros braying, then come the roosters crowing, so I thought you must be at Old McDonalds Farm. Tonight you really were a bull hauler, Good Job! 🐂👍🇺🇸
I want to get into this side of our industry so bad. I’m hearing so many different stories about the elog and HOS. Some say cattle don’t have to run logs at all?? From my research I’m seeing different. Like the first 150 air miles and loading can be done off duty as an exemption. But something about if you cross state lines within that timeframe. Then that state must be in their harvest season for that exemption to remain. Can you give advice on this. Thanks for the videos. I’m learning a lot.
Normally exempt from ELD so only need paper log and 150 exemption from the source but right now we are under Cov exemption so don't need to log anything until it expires then back to paper.
If you unloads cows at packing plants how long they will stay in holding area pens or after you unload cows are they going to straight killing floor area or how it’s work.

They have to grab a quick snack, before the ride.

Thank you for the kind remarks. I haven’t hauled cattle for a few years now and hauling freight that's a little easier on the body

Usually killed same day unless I get there late then killed next day
Do you like holding at night or in the day what you like
It's easier loading during the day when it's light out but I really don't mind either way
I have a question does packing plant have spread axle cow pot and does they have straight top deck too without counter balance like this trailer.
The plants trailers are tandems and straight through
@@CattleHauling50 tandems means double axle trailer you using am I right.
@@CattleHauling50 do they Wilson cow pot or eby
