“This german guy named baitoven” made me laugh harder than caseoh breathing😭😭😭
Yeah.... i wonder who he is?
Erm actually it's Beethoven* 🤓☝️
@@xXTsuyuAsuiXx nope it’s bait oven, I own one so
It's BEETHOVEN 😡
@everyone, ik its beethoven but the video said baitoven
The way that I learned piano is that the actual song is not always the hardest part of playing, it’s your attitude and ability to have great dynamics when playing that really counts.
Edit: I've never made a comment that got this many likes. I never thought that this comment section would get so heated and if I upset anyone, I just meant to share my opinion.
yeah, while playing a song
there's no piano playing apart from songs
@@aaronchauhan534 It's not up to you what terminology I use in my videos. Those choices are my responsibility.
@@aaronchauhan534 That's fine, but there's no shortage of videos that do that. I'm working on other stuff.
@@MichaelKormanthat doesn't mean that the other videos are correct. I don't really see people naming long films 'videos' they just say films ? And if one was to one name video we would say that they are wrong. So what is different here?
I didn't know it was this easy, I'll learn it once home
I believe in you
The 3rd movement is especially easy even a toddler can do it! I suggest you start with that
@@noobplaye1218 I looked it up! 🤣
It is worth noting the correct version is only a little bit harder.
@@MichaelKorman I did it!
The paper he was reading was moonlight sonata 3rd movement but he was playing 1st movement
is it just me or did I think he was going to play still dre for a sec💀
ye I thought he was gonna transition from moonlight sonata to still Dre I was very disappointed 😢
Fr bro
Lol me to
imagine beethoven coming back from the dead only to find out some people know him as "that german guy"💀
Don't worry, Beethoven quit the composing game a long time ago. In fact, I heard he's now decomposing.
bro really had to do Beethoven dirt☠💀@@MichaelKorman
@@MichaelKormanthat got me dead 💀 💀
Beethoven's moonlight was one of the first songs I played when learning how to play the piano.
I’m currently learning the 3rd movement
good luck💀
Dang bro 💀
still the easiest "song" right?
How is your progression?
It's easy i learned it at 85% tempo and it's a big flex tell me when you finish i will congrats you it's soo awesome
This is soo beautiful ❤
You did Amazing 👏🏾
I literary just looked at this video and in seconds I have completed it. You can learn it really quickly and it sounds lovely when you master it. Thank youuu!!!💪🏼🎹

Almost funny
I got that exact piano for my birthday today 😊
What is it? How much is it?

LOVE IT❤
THANK YOU SO MUCH MY PARENTS THINK ITS SO “PROFESSIONAL” BUT THANK YOU IT HELPED ME SO MUCH❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😊
Love your humour always. It's def fire.

Gosh, I’m so new at piano and just Learned this! Thank you 🎉

Which piano you are using? Are you playing on rockjam?
Thx😊 I learned to play this song
Way to go 👍
I love this, it was literally like the easiest song and it's beautiful too! ❤
You're also one of my favorite pianist to learn from!
Nice man! I'll try!
Thanks I love when you teach me these
“German guy called Beethoven” had me dying
Wow your piano its same with me!
Here’s a good song for beginners! Repeat A and F alphabetically and consistently in quarter notes in the first 4 measures (not played together at once), that will be your bass. On the treble side, play whole note F, then eighth note group E to D then a 4 beat rest. Then half note D, and after that, play eighth note group C to D, and after that, quarter rest, and then play whole note E. Repeat the treble for the second line, but change your bass (with the same rhythm) to B and G.
He lost me at add your other hand
Bro thank you I love Beethoven and I love the piano I just never get lessons I hardly get time today at school my teacher has a piano expensive one just sitting there we don’t get lessons and I was learning this piece and im getting so much better I practice this for 20mins and I’ve improved it thank youuu
Do you know how to play the real piece? Because this is nowhere even close to the real thing
who cares?????
leave me alone please
Right hand A D F 6x left hand hold D for three of the adf the c for the rest then right hand b# d f 3x left hand b# one oktave lower then b# d# g 3x with right and left on g then a d f 2x with right a with left then a c# e 2x with right and press the A key again. Something like that i think
@aransubeamanian2793 Bro he’s just trying to help people. Sounds more like your trying to show off more than correct him. How could someone be so cold hearted to make this comment?
@@youssefpkxdits not helping to claim this is the moonlight sonata when its avtually not
very lovely
Talk about yourself please
Well played
Whoever you are thank you for posting this. As a beginner with less than a month of experience this is slowly getting me used to playing with both my hands "independently" I believe is the term.
I even threw in a C key during the rotation from black keys to white keys in the left. Keep up the good work.
That's awesome. So glad to hear you're getting the hang of it. And also that you're feeling inspired to put your own twist on it.
Let me know when you're ready for a challenge.
Thanks for the tip, got it on the first try
Nice
The left hand was spot on, the right hand started exactly as is but didn't fluctuate and move around like the original. I think thats what the criticism everyones having is.
As you showed, its (on the right hand) G#(black key), C# (black key), E (white key).
While playing everything the left hand did, with the right hand, go as follows:
G#, C#, E (x8)
A, C#, E (x2)
A, D, F# (x2)
G#, C, F#
G#, C#, E
G#, C# , D#
F#, C, D#
E, G#, C#(basically ends the "riff", or starting over at this point.)
If you do exactly what he did on his left hand, plus everything i just said witht the right, you will play the intro of this song exactly as written. He just simplified the right hand is all.
Wow 🤩 😊
Thank you.
I had a piano recital the other day and played moonlight sonata
My bad what I meant was that the notes are hard but you are making it easy good job I’m a pianist myself by the way😅😊
wow amazing do more of these videos please
ngl I liked this because of his calming voice and i'm just now watching it- It's so good and I'm a beginner
I have to play this piano class (it is killing me that he is not playing it slow and not changing the right hand)
It's my responsibility, not yours, to decide how I play songs in my videos.
@@MichaelKormanwell what you played wasnt by beethoven it was a attempt at beethoven that failed
@@epmal4120 As a pianist with a master's degree, I'll make the decisions about how I play it.
Indeed, you can play it however you want but you cant call it Beethoven anymore, maybe Beethoven with a twist. In the title you claim that this is moonlight sonata, when in reality your twisted version. If someone have not heard Moonlight Sonata they would most likely think that this is the original version which it is not. Anyways its always cool to experiment with different pieces and i respect that, please don’t take this to heart, i really appreciate that you are making content and hope you will get far on your journey!
ok ok put all alse aside and listen to me. THIS MAN CALLED BEETHOVEN "THAT GERMAN GUY"
Omg ty ty
The up theme song is Sorta easy for beginners
I appreciate your audacity to teach soo inaccurate and play wrong at the same time lol😂
There must be a purpose to my actions. But what would it be?
@@MichaelKormanI get you’re trying to make piano more accessible and interesting
@@MatthewIrizarry-4No, absolutely not. That sounds gross, actually.
Am doing this rn it’s really helpful for me to play piano and I really like it needs work tho but I got this
I don't know what you're struggling with, but I'm confident that whatever it is, you're capable of prevailing
I found you on a @MichaelKorman video fix a guy's mistake but I didn't know you made music
Thank u
I just learned it at once. Just two years ago i knew this song but it was hard for me now its just a piece of a cake for me
That's awesome, way to go 👍
Cool I learnt the first hand, now I can just do that and make people think it’s gonna be good but really it’s just those three notes.. over and over
This is seriously a beginner's song?! I wish i would have taken lessons as a kid.
There's only one way to find out. Clock's ticking.
TGIS IS MY ALL TIME FAV SONG AND IVE LEARNT SOME ITS SO HARD OMG
Oh thanks
Oh you're welcome
I’m having trouble multitasking with both of my hands, I just started two days ago, is that normal? Will I improve at using both hands the more I practice?
Yes, you'll improve if you put in the hours. I believe in you. You got this
@@MichaelKorman you say when you don’t even do this corectly
@@ramonaklaus9215 love you too
If you still struggle with multitasking, a few things that help me is starting with right hand, and only do one finger with your left hand. Playing octaves are difficult for beginners, especially if your not used to playing with them.
Bro got quite a big hand. I barely made the first three moves with my hand.
I already disproved this idea that my big hands are responsible for my success. Check out my short with the title "size doesn't matter"
The story behind why the piece is so easy in this part is kinda funny
This song got me into music. I heard it in a game called earthworm jim when i was about 6. I remember calling my mother and asking her to please tell me the name of the song.
That's awesome. Pretty sure I remember playing that at a friend's house when I was a kid. One thing I love about teaching piano is that everyone I work with has their own experiences of music that have nothing to do with me
They said "the most easier beautiful to play piano" and me be like:💀welp
Thank god someone made the piano. I love rock music but the electric guitar is so frustrating.
Niceee

When I Cant Play 2 Bands With Diff Notes:….?.????
I don't understand what you're asking
Man thats crazy i used to do that unconsciously when i was 13 that samething with the same notes except the difference was after two or three times i think it was then id go backwards and start with the white don't ask i was a weird kid when it came to pianos
I was waiting for still dre

The right hand part is easy but once you start adding the notes on the left. It’s a hot mess 😅
Bro I came here to find another song and realized this was the same exact song
What do you play on The Other hand?
OOH MY DAD TAUGHT TAIGHT ME THIS ONE
THIS IS SOOOO EASY I DONT EVEN PLAY PIANO THE ONLY SONGS I KNOW IS THIS SONG AND MARY HAS A LITTLE LAMB OVERALL GREAT TUTORIAL BTW I USED AN ONLINE PIANO
What is the second hand notes?
What is this piece called?
How can i learn the left hand chords
what is the other hand movement
What is the left side notes?
That fact people in this comment section (not everyone, obviously) have been saying 🤓☝️”this is a piece, not a song” is probably the most entertaining thing to happen in a comment section.

I’m not sure that’s is, the right hand switches, or am I looking at a different piece?
You must be looking at a different piece.
@@MichaelKorman oh okay fair enough then
