This is more 'Soft Metal', I feel. More electronic with metal elements. Definitely more hard rock than metal I believe, explains why you like it. I like metal but not screamo. However vocalists who scream can be great. System of a Down and Tool are two prime examples, if any non metal fan will learn to like metal it is through them for sure. Voices of an angel.
