Baking a Sponge Cake is an art and even most seasoned cooks sometimes struggle to get the right Spongy Generally all cake recipes require using egg to make it soft ,and due to this , baking a cake at home becomes prohibitive if you don't prefer to use egg or follow strict vegetarian food diet. With this Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe's step by step
Ingredients:-
Fresh Curd - 1 Cup (Plain yogurt) (250 ml )
Powder Sugar - 1 Cup ( 165 gms)
All purpose flour - 1.5 cup(Maida) ( approx 200 gms)
Baking powder - 1 TSP
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk - 1.5 TSP
Oil - 1/2 Cup Cooking oil ( any smell-less oil like sunflower oil) ( 125 ml)
Vanilla eesance - 1 TSP
Apple cider vinegar / Vinegar - 2 tsp
Note:-
Preheated kadhai bake at low flame for 45 - 50 minutes.
