Mine started Aug 2020. Started menopause, had to wear mask to work, started chewing on inside of my cheek.
Coping: no spice or mint. Chewing fruity gum, drink lots of cool water all day. Changing to a baking soda, non mint toothpaste helped

I knew there was a catch to all of this talking about BMS. WHY CANT THEY JUST GIVE YOU A ANSWER ON HOW TO GET RID OF THIS HORRIBLE PAIN. BUT IT ALWAYS COMES DOWN TO MONEY. I am SO Depressed I just came from the Dr. for ears, nose and throat. He said yes I have burning mouth AND nothing can be done! Period… I feel like Jumping off a Bridge😭

I got it some years ago during anaphylaxis. I also got internal root resorption of my two front teeth. After the attack I looked in the mirror and my teeth were pink.

I have to take tamoxifen , l feel like this is what is playing a role with my burning mouth problems . I have 3 more years to go of 10 years. I really feel like oncologist. Don’t know enough about these types of things, burning mouth syndrome, and also thinning hair, I have been trying B vitamins, zinc I take a fish pill. It has gotten a little better, but what are your opinions on tamoxifen causing this?

might wanna look into ketogenic diet and carnivore diet, seemingly it ups the B vitamins and some minerals like zinc and magnesium which in term help to manage stress better

Had this. It’s was Lyme Disease and coinfections all along. With treatment it is going away.
