For the Indo Mie I went to a Japanese restaurant before and my cousin ordered a bowl of dry ramen and it came with a white liquid in a seperste bowl. My cousin tasted it and said it was egg white and poured it on the ramen and said it was nice and what was weird was the noodles was not like the straight ramen type of noodles and before he add the egg white in the ramen I tasted it and it tasted like Indo Mie!
