Wondered why people didn't do this years ago Seemed a no brainer but I guess in the West only big solutions dangerous dams and pumping out aquifers are considered and even aid orgs in dry areas resort to same If anyone is in contact with stupa founder tell them to combine this with perma culture to ensure 100% of water is captured into local eco system to recharge local aquifers which can become another source of water
