It doesn’t have to have a lot, what you’ll need is: pads / tampons, extra underwear, hair ties, hairbrush, hairclips, deodorant, hand sanitizer, and chapstick/lipbalm! You dont need all of these but the first two is the first thing you wanna make sure you have!

can you recommend what time I should sleep,I sleep at 2-3am ever since I was around 9 years old, I did sleep early some nights like at 8pm or 10, even on school night I slept at 11pm or 12am at earliest, I realized I’m too young for this and I think that’s why I’m always bloated, new subcriber! don’t ever quit I’m always look forward to new video :3

Try to sleep at 10pm ! Slowly try sleeping earlier everyday ~ I recommend working out so u feel tired and tysm ❤❤
