Which is your favorite Infovox/Acapela voice?
I've checked out both Karen and Laura. Both are good, but I still think my personal favorites are Sharon and Graham.

@@Heather-Br It is allways fun to do videos when people enjoy them. Just tell me if there is any TTS voice you want to hear that I haven't made a video with yet, or if it is a voice that you would like to hear more from.
@@theworldofspeechsynthesize7548 Another synthesizer I enjoy the voices in is Vocalizer. There may be 2 versions: Vocalizer and Vocalizer Expressive. The voice I'm most familiar with from this TTS is Samantha, from the Expressive line. You can hear her if you use VoiceOver on an I-phone. At least, you can here in the US. But I'd like to learn more about this synthesizer and it's voices.
Also, what happened to Infovox as a program? Is it still generally available or have the Acapela voices just been farmed to other systems, as they have for my BrailleNote Touch+.

That is so awesome. I wonder if the voices you are demonstrating in this video will be used with jaws for windows someday. It would be interesting to see. Anyhow, I have been a jaws for Windows user since I was 11, and I have a braille note touch. I still use a cappella on my brill note touch, but I haven't used it in a while.
Thanks. Well, they can be used with JAWS for Windows as Sapi5 voices. Infovox is the Sapi5 version of the Acapela voices. I have been using them with JAWS for many years, since they are my favorite natural voices.

@@theworldofspeechsynthesize7548 that is so awesome. By the way, if you are curious as to why my UA-cam handle is what it is, it is because I am a 23 year player of the orchestral concert flute. I've been playing the flute since high school, and haven't put it down. Even at 38 years of age, I'm still playing. I do all of my music by ear, and it's much easier than trying to learn a piece in braille music. I've been blind since birth, and it hasn't slowed me down. I study martial arts, I have a job, and I do other things. just in case you're curious, I was born weighing 1 lbs. 6 oz. at birth. My eye condition is ROP, or retinopathy of prematurity.
some of these voices have been a part of the victor reader, the steller treck (which is a navigation/gps tool just like the trecker breeze) and other humanware products. Like the mountbatton

is this version of infovox also a paid version as well? Oh, and didn't I mention that sharon is the default voice of one of some juliet embossers.
Yes, it is and I have no idea if you could get it for free in another way, but it is possible with Infovox3.

I have the physical USB for the voices, so I do not have any cracked version or something, but I have the files for Infovox3.

Infovox has allways been able as Sapi. Actually, that was the main idea with Infovox since Infovox230, which came in the late 1990s. Acapela addons for example to NVDA, are a much newer thing. My version of Infovox came as a USB device and the files are read only and the licenses are connected to that USB, but I think Acapela allows you to buy their single voices for a much lower prise.
