Unbelievable match and win by Felix!
That rally at 9-9 in last set😮
U mean Sousa?
Those rallies! Almost all the points from 9-9 on were great rallies

I love how the Lebrun brothers cheer for one another during matches. 🎉
That's the most normal thing no?
@@ruipedro25 He says he loves it, not that it's abnormal.
@@lilipop3209well saying that he loves it means there's a chance of otherwise, so it's a valid question.
That's the bare minimum I would expect from my brother.
I thought he was so happy he teleported to the stands
What a match, by both players. Look at the genuine celebration of Alexis at 12:08. Even though he lost in the semi-finals earlier today he seems so happy for his brother. That's really nice to see.
If you would've told me three years ago that a 16-year-old, light-blond, hyperoffensive penholder from France would win the 2023 European Games I would've laughed so hard
Me too, and i'm french 😅
what's wrong with being light-blond ?
@@davidvincent380 About as much as being 16, a penholder, French or a very offensive tt player: nothing. For someone to combine all this and become the champion of Europe is just hilariously unlikely
Great and very closed Final! Merci (thank you) to the both players for this nice spectacle! And finally it is the youngest of the Lebrun brothers (only 16 years old! O_o) who is the first to break the glass ceiling among adults with this great international victory. BRAVO Félix! 👍👏 And Bravo also Alexis who finished 3rd and on the podium! Wonderfull family of Table Tennis Players, given their age, it promises a great future for French Ping-Pong...
Congrats to Felix for taking revenge for his brother. This is a great European victory.
@@Peace123-sp1ej it is a European tournament.
How brave this young boy plays on most important points is absolutely mindblowing!!!!!!
Great mental strength by Felix up 5-1 in the decider then down 6-8 . It looked like Freitas was going to win at this point but Felix had some incredible shots after
after 5-1 in dicider with his attitude its literally impossible to think he can lose and at 8-6 i thought it was lost especially with the net during the point but no what a mental
Lebrun both brothers=the future of european tabletennis!Chapeau
They are already the present I would say
What an epic match ! incredible performance from both players !
Freitas was on fire on this tournament ! Congratulations to Félix, bien joué champion !
Quelle finale. Bravo messieurs.
One of the best matches this year, so many momentum changes... Very high level performance by both players. Congratulations!
The first time I saw this kid play was in his match against the GOAT Ma Long...and I was literally blown away by his level and his audacity at such a young age against the dictator who in fact was a tad lucky to not have to play a decisive set rather than winning 3-1.
Plus seeing a true European penholder (and not a naturalized one from Asia) really attracted my curiosity
Dang Qiu was born in Germany, he is not naturalized.
@@1TedNes he is Asian but if he was born, raised and mostly trained in Germany that still counts I believe
@@1TedNHe was trained by his father who is Chinese.
Same case as Ovtcharov who is in fact a USSR remnant.
Wonderful spirits and performance by Felix. ✌️✌️ He was calm and persistent throughout the match. Admiration from a Hong Kong fan.
Let's go the LEBRUN BROTHERS 😉👏💪.
La balle de 9-9 à la fin splendide !!
Felix boy is so good! Congrats! 🎉 It’s exhilarating just watching the two. Wonderful played!
10:59 daaaamn this point
Outstanding performance from the young man
ENORME bravo Felix t'es un manstre !!!
@11:00 that was outstanding! this kid has great potential!
That last game was jaw dropping
Felix Lebrun is a next big thing in table tennis. Just 16 years old and have already achieved BIG feats! Now an European champion! Way to go lad 🔥🔥🙌🏼🙌🏼
Amazing match. Well played both players. Congrats to Felix. Great result and display for someone so young.
I like the younger one much more and to have such insane rpb skills is truly incredible.
He's 16....insane!
What a match 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥, awesome play by both players.
What. A. Final! Bravo
Incredible! Thank you for sharing!!!🤩
Felix Lebrun, the number one talent in TT right now. On his path to be the most powerful penhold player ever. Nobody comes close to his BH power, and all he needs to do is to further improve his FH and his tactics and footwork to be a real threat to the Chinese players.
BH, FH ???
Could you write english ?
@@danielpierre3161 Backhand, Forehand
@@danielpierre3161 Lol relax tonton
Great achievement for a 16-year old. He has a long, long way to go to just get close to Xu Xin and forget about the most powerful penholder player ever.
@@danielpierre3161 noob?
Epic performance by Felix Lebrun!
What a final! Brilliant table tennis from both players!
OMG WHAT?!?!?!? I knew it would be a good match but that was insane. Congratulations and amazing tournament performances from both of those players. It is going to be hard to win tournaments in Europe for anyone with a different last name.
Yep, apart from Freitas's poor performance in 6th set and Felix's poor start in the first set, it was overall an amazing final quality wise
Niesamowity pojedynek👍🏓
Gratulacje Felix💪👊👍🏓
Insane backhand ever (bravo felix)
Wow, the level of this final was incredible!!! Well done to both of them, and even more to my compatriot Felix! The Lebrun brothers are gonna be dangerous in Paris next year. Bravo les frangins! ;D.
Bravo
Congrats to Felix. What an achievement at his young age. His future is bright. Freitas has his chance. Freitas should have kept serving reverse pendulum in game 6! Felix is having issue receiving that serve. It was a great match between two good players.
Was definitely rooting for Marcos here. He is an incredible player who I think really was affected by the plastic ball change because of his heavy spin style and lately has been in great form. Not to put the Lubruns down either, but you watch someone play for a long time and want them to be successful.
exactly my opinion,,👍🏻 Marco falls back into the soft way of playing from time to time. You can see how he tries to find the balance between hard and soft. He is also a victim of P-Ball.
Yes agree with you. His spin lost after p-ball.
@@fas8019 to be fair everyone had to adjust to the plastic ball but I wouldn't say Marcos was a victim because I believe he plays better with this ball.
@@reinaldopessoa2603 Felix was 7 years old when it changed 😅, easy to adapt.
@@jibizz76 😄😂
One of the most intensed matche this year. It was really fun to watch.
what a beautiful performance of felix at final set. wooow
Imperturbable félicitations surtout 6eme manche 11-3. Mr Felix Lebrun 🇨🇵❤️🏓Je continue à dire rêver porte plume incroyable, il a vengé sont frère Alexis
First time seeing the match, and what a match it is! A fight until the very end, and then a little more.🏓♥
I had a chance to greet Felix, and Alexis, during the European Team Championship in Malmö in September 2023, where they played awesomely well against Sweden. Also said hello to Timo Boll, who still plays wonderfully. As a volunteer, I got to see almost all the matches, including watching the teams train before and during the event. It was a great week.
Quel suspense dans le dernier set! Bravo Félix!
Chapeau! D Match isch würklech mega spannend gsi! It required so much mental strength from the youngster in the decider!
Might be the sickest match i've ever seen😂😂😂 absolutely insane❤
Felix’s reverse pen hold grip is much better than China’s Zhao Zihao.
I wouldn't go that far
He would beat Zhao Zihao in a match for sure
@@Hesselaer He did
@@browncony3897 that's the worse I've ever seen Zhao play but still, Felix doesn't have the touch Zhao has and as strong as Felix back hand is on the table it's not as good off which Zhao is.
@@reinaldopessoa2603
Well, Zhao lost 0-4, it wasn't close at any moment, maybe it was a bad day for him but still... just look at the results, Zhao lost many matches in qualifying or early rounds, there's a reason why he is "just" ranked 65 at 26 years old. He rarely took the opportunities to climb higher. It's an amazing player of course. But Felix will soon be in the top 20 and he is only 16, with a better forehand (It was slightly more powerful during this tournament), more experience, he could be a solid top 10 in a few years...
Very good match. I love the tension they created 🎉❤ congrats for both
Truc de dingue là quand même! Wow!
A 16 year old boy at the top of europe! 🔥
The future of penhold.
Amazing, incredible and simply fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!
The Lebruns are just perfect!!!!
Bravo Félix. Lebrun brothers give us a lot of hope for the French table tennis. Keep it up!
The Lebrun bros do it again! Les fantastique freres Lebrun!🔥🔥🔥
Excelente triunfo Felix !
Super Félix quel talent !!!!! Son jeu est varié et dire qu'il n'a que 16 ans , chapeau l'artiste !!!!!!!!!!!!
So one Lebrun tires the opponent and the other wins. Incredible tag team. Outstanding backhand blocks and strong serves behind this win.
Incroyable !
Wonderful match. Congratulations to Felix. Both of them deserve a big applause.
Excellent performance from both. congrats lebrun!
Attaboy! Very interesting match. A new young star came up in Europe. I thought Felix was lagging behind his brother, but he made it. What a surprise. Congrats 👏
The only thing where he will lag behind his brother is age
Actually right now it's the older brother who is lagging behind 😉
Fantastic Final Game of both Players 🎉
Bravo Félix, superbe match !
Bravo Félix ! Too bad Alexis couldn't reach the final. I Hope you'll both improve your game to the point of winning more titles.
What an excellent performance displayed by the two players.
breathtaking historical final
Great match by both.
What a photo finish for felix!!! Congratulations to him and his rpb is just a thing of beauty the speed and quality he's able to generate is absolutely obsurd even the cnt penholder nember can't do these kind of rpb the lebeun brother will rule the European scene in a foreseeable future
Les freres Lebrun will rock and rule Europe for years to come...
Great play from an exceptional young talent.
Since this morning Félix is World n°17. He earned 500 points with this win. 6th in Europe just one rank behind his brother.

crazy match, congrats Lebrun
Awesome Felix 🙌
Bravo !!!!
Fabulous last game, absolutely excellent play by both. Lebrun is scary good in the rallies, he recovers so fast and is stable too.
What a battle! Go Felix!
In the end of the day he's just a kid who's doing what he likes the most. Adorable!
Fantastic 😮
