There isnt really anything you can do as of right now if you got falsely shadowbanned. If you exploited and got shadowbanned then you definitly wont get unshadowed
Important: The host will not get the achievement and this only works if no one opens the chests

No patch has been issues as of yet so maybe u are doing something wrong. I am not sure
