I tried applying recently. Unfortunately I was not able to pass the final interview. Mas priority nila ang mga may excellent verbal communication skills and also they will let you take a typing test during this time.
Based on my assessment, executive presence during the interview means you are not nervous and dapat very fluent ka when speaking. This is the time na di ka pwede magkamali sa pagsasalita.

@@LailaineSumaje Aside sa tell me about yourself na question, you will be asked about your previous and current job. Also, you will be asked about the role you are applying for. Also, there is a question about Athena so it's important to research about the company. Just do your best to avoid stuttering and kabahan during the interview. Since you will be assigned to work with a high ranking official in the future, it's important na you look and sound confident kahit sino pa ang kaharap mo.

Hi Ms. Mia I'm currently applying for Athena but as I read in the comments here I got discouraged when they said during interview they'll need to you to typing speed test promptly, 😢 you see I'm PWD po Ms. Mia. I'm near sighted since birth but I had experience in being virtual assistant and I just wanted to apply to earn enough money to support my needs. But so sad, anyways I'll just tried my luck. why po after ng initial questionnaire biglang " your apllicatiom has been rejected" po ang lumabas ? huhu. And wala man lang po sinabi na kailangan iimprove.

Hello Ms. Mia ask ko lang po kakatapos ko lang po ng Final interview yesterday and nag email po aila kagabi to give them 3 to 5 business days for the results and pinag prepare po ako ng documenta like sss, Tin etc. sa fountain naman po is application review po ang status may chance po ba na bagsak sa interview or is it considered a pass po? Ms. Mia, deal-breaker na po ba agad pag di ka pa ready s required specs ng laptop during final interview? Kukunin ko pa lang po kc sa kapatid ko un laptop na pasok sa required specs eh. During final interview, I was asked to share screen para sa specs ng laptop ko, and I said I can pick it up immediately after I passed the interview.

The main reason is when you hit their top 10 redflags or 5. And the worst thing is that you hit the grand prize iwhch is the top 1. 😅😂. Logic feel them that you are the one they're looking for .preoared the battle including their upfront review of who you are including your best effort and sincerity ..A combination of ethics , attitude and skills . This is the level of a defined one .

I applied for customer support position po sa Athena last Jan 20, 2024. I even signed Data Privacy Form but still haven't received any update about my application. Is it normal? Should I wait or give up?
nag try ako mag apply ung notion playbook. tama naman ata ung sagot ko. pero bat rejected agad pag pass ko. di naman pina kita san ka nag ka mali or ano ung score mo. sana meron ganun para alam san nag lack or san dapat i.improve.

Hello. Is the interview for Athena set as PST time means Pacific or Philippines Standard? Based from my understanding, PST is set as Pacific Standard Timezone. Correct me if I'm wrong regarding the process.

@@ylrebzkiber3627 Hi. It was not specified in the email that it is the Philippines Standard Time as I worked with the graveyard shift for years. PST means Pacific. Philippines Time is set as MNL time. ☹️

That is why it is important that you invest on your skillset nowadays. Grab stepping stone opportunities . Dito nga sa inhouse company I am working now, 5 years ang required experience bago makapasok.
