Sincerely disappointed in the head of PLAC making these kinds of comments. What was the problem that the NDDC was meant to address that it didn’t? If those issues have not been resolved, the creation of new development commissions is premature. This not to talk of the additional layer of personnel and overhead costs that these development commissions have added to the federal budget.
