do you have to have rip-away vinyl or can you just use htv vinyl
You can use HTV as long as you remove the carrier - however, we do offer a few vinyl options that don't have the carrier specifically for this method: www.stahls.com/glitter-flake-heat-transfer-material
Did you pull it off at the end or did you do it after the first knock down stitch? I wasn’t sure if you skipped that part and also is that embroidery Applique or regular glitter vinyl?
You'll find the full step by step application process here www.stahls.com/how-to-rip-away-applique-process
I love the look and it's a great way to incorporate my embroidery machine to enhance most any item.
Is this film also available without glitter?
Yes. All of the compatible materials can be found here www.stahls.com/how-to-rip-away-applique-process
What am I doing wrong mine will look great until it goes on the heat press. It bubbles up like it stretches the wrinkles bad. Does matter the temp or time and I have pressure.
You will want to follow the application instructions on the product page under the "User Guide" tab.
