That's the sound alright, Chris. 👍. I'd love to know what they used for the synth on Cries and whispers. Trancendent 2000, omni or quadra? Dunno what else they had at that time. Its definitely got a phaser on it.

Ive just listened again , if you mean the kind of phased sequence thats running through the song , yes definately the Quadra using its Phase Shifter and simple Sequencer thats on the Quadra , sample and hold there too

@@TheArpomni2 yes, thats the one. like a phase 'gurgling' sound. its like they are rhythmically switching the octaves on an oscillator to vary the pitch.

​@@The_Vile_Vorticesive had 3 Quadras and recognised it straight away when i had a re listen , last t8me i listened to it was probably 80s , yeah the Phase Sh8fter on the Quadra is very very unique , ive heard nothing come close , it has if i remember 5 or 6 d8fferent touch pad settings , it was wierd in a great way ,

That's the original sound all right. Not a bit of a balls up at all. I reckon if you put a hi-pass filter on it and a bit of plate style reverb it's there chris. I envy the gear you've got there by the way.
