+Judy Bielaga Hi! Mine has bonded very well. Concrete binds to the glass especially if the surface isn't completely flat.

Try using mortar mix, it will bind better

Yes, the final product is a little bit heavy.
I used white sand.

I think glass matches with every color. But if I paint it I would choose silver, black or white.

Dani Not if you seal it after the concrete dries. That way, it will be waterproof.
