@@TheHype-Bowling the number one reason you nailed it on the head. its expensive when i try and review multiple brands and balls espically being amatuer and just a single person team for video etc. Keep it up brother.
Looking at both of these balls to get for my first real ball (bowl with an entry level ball right now) . Dropping a sub for this quality!! Fire vid! Just happened to be exactly what I was looking for.
I haven't thrown Hammer since they released the No Mercy line and then saturated it much like they did with the Black Widow line (though the line is still alive). But since you asked Venom all the way.
If you left the 1500 grit on the purple Hammer it would have came with it would have more motion on lane. I can hook mine from the left gutter all the way to the right and back to the pocket when I play but I usually keep my feet in the middle of the lane and release the ball so that it's at the 2nd to 3rd arrow on the right of the lane and it always gets to the pocket unless people been on the house shot throwing plastic balls it'll overhook but even on fresh oil I'm able to strike throwing it from what I think is like the 20thss board whatever thr middle dot is is where i stand and my ball hits the 2nd to 3rd arrow depending on oil condition but it always goes to the pocket on my
Does sanding your bowling ball make the covers softer? I would think so seeing as to all the polish or "finish" is removed the first time you go down then back up lol
@Jamaal Sanders my Brother bowled several 300s with the black widow 2.0 that's why I got it and I really like it. Issue where I bowl at they tend to put dryer patterns down and they burn up easy
You also have to consider the cover finish ALOT. Throwing the venom at 4k vs 1500 on the hammer. Just sayin', put them at the same finish and the comparison isn't even close.
Excellent content. We need more ball reviewers who aren't limited to one brand.
Definitely. It’s just hard for most people because it can be quite expensive.

I see a ton of people using that Venom Shock, but started using SPI and never went back, lol. Might have to give it a shot

Can you do a phase 2 in venom shock comparison please I can’t find one on the entire UA-cam
Would you consider the purple reactive a good second ball when the lanes break down and I like starting with the dark web solid?
Yes the purple reactive is a step down from the dark web solid. Cleaner option that gets down the lane.
@@TheHype-Bowling awesom thank you!
Dang I've been flirting with getting a Venom Shock for a long time but this made it look lighter than the pins 😅
Nothing hits like a Hammer! 🔨
Where can I get one of these hype shammies. Perfect christmas gift.
I think the V.Shock is hands down to the purple hammer
How do you like the Hammer Black widow 2.0 asymmetrical ball?
Best ball ever
