- This year, Keells comes to the rescue when Dush wanted to host a grand Christmas feast for our very own Auntie Netta.
The festivities took off as they whipped up a fluffy, melt in the mouth mashed potato to accompany the festive delicacies.

Bacon Curry Leaf Mashed Potato
500g Potatoes
1 Bulb of Garlic (10 Cloves)
40g Salted Butter
200g Bacon Bits
30 Curry Leaves
1 Cup Milk (250ml)
1/2 Cup Cream (125ml)
2 tsp Salt
(serves 4-6)
Mint Hot Chocolate
2 Cups Milk (500ml)
2/3 Cream
1 Cup Chopped Semi Sweet Chocolate
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Mint Essence

Just a thought! Have seen so many Sri Lankans doing the fist shake but that is as bad as shaking hands. Why don’t you guys try the elbow shake? That’s touching elbows of each other while greeting each other. Much much safer.
