Thank You. That’s eyeshadow primer and it’s needed to hold the eyeshadow and also helps to prolong the wear of eyeshadow
Please what pigment did you use, it did not fall while applying it last..
It’s in the products description. It can’t and that’s why you must apply a pigment glue before the pigment to prevent it from falling.

Please how do I hide pimple one one face while making up
You can’t hide pimples interms of shape, it will always pop up beneath the makeup. You can only over it up with makeup. Only editing can erase it.
