Awesome. This really takes me back to my childhood days. I grew up within this Christian tradition. Long before the Civil Rights movement, White Christians and Negro Christians were one body of Jesus Christ under God in loving fellowship. There was no difference. We prayed together, went to church together, ate together, lived in the same community and fellowship in perfect innocence. We didn't know that w were supposed to feel differently about people because of the color of their complexions. Jesus Loved us one and all. That is what we were taught, most sincerely. I can testify to that truth, that we had nothing but respect and love and honor for one another for all of our Pentecostal Christian brothers and sisters.
The only requirement for this fullness of love and fellowship. You must be born again, baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost, speaking in tongues as the spirit of God gives utterance.
And there is something else that is quite wonderful about finding this Pentecostal Christian community. Secularization is no where to be seen. It is like stepping back in time and revisiting old, friends that have never changed with time, nor shifted with the winds to change.
I say Amen to all said here! So wonderful to hear the truth of the gospel of Acts 2:38 and remembrances of unity among all brethren, and joyful choruses and hymns that only we can sing!

I’d say no. They all changed their gospel to 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, a popular, false easy gospel to get more people. The music is awful. Song services are demonic. And the new converts, if they manage to get the Holy Ghost, get confused about it and fall away after a year. The older members are silenced and strictly controlled by pastors. So they won’t complain about the lack of unity and declining services. This is what is happening in NH/ Vt. I can’t go to a UPC church any more. And my heart is broken and very burdened

however, if you are asking that there are people who share similar anointing, character or desire, then yes. God will always have someone who will seek him. Its a lying spirit that would make someone to lose hope or faith in the holiness of God.

Someone has very carefully placed us here, right where se are at this time, at this hour, on this day.
Someone is carefully tending us, and attending to us and watching everything we do, recording every word we say, analyzes our every mood, and word, and thought. Carefully parenting us and Policing us. Doing our thinking for us.

I let a beautiful full-size dresser go by because I just couldn't crame another thing in here.
So, I am moping and depressed today about needing to expand but having to where and no way to do it without a 🚚 truckload of the green stuff. I feel stuck. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Major Crime people would know exactly how to get that money and finance and get all of the financial support that they wished for any project that they would wish to succeed at.
It might take a sacrifice, but Major Crime wouldn't hesitate. They would just do it and worry about the consequences later or not at all. Major Crime doesn't have to worry about going to heaven or going to hell. I do. So, I am moping and depresses because of my permanent position in the world, and my permanent status in my hometown.
I am also moping because of possibly the second elevator will never be unlocked again and I will have to sensible adjustments concerning that damage, that "taking away" of something that I require, a situation which is out of control because of idiots and morons, stupidly, cupidity, imbicility and folly. It requires me to havs to make adjustments for some unwanted vendors and service providers whose services or leadership, or domination I reject, and really resent. I resent the interferance with our elevator. No, I don't want to get acquainted. No, I don't want to meet them. I just want the elevator back on and them gone. Period. And don't tell me that I am selfish and self-centered. "Stuff it"!💡

It is a UPC tradition for men to be clean shaven. In the decades of the wild hippies it seemed important. Now beards are respected more in society and some men want to wear beards when they join a church. It is not forbidden in scriptures of course.
So it is something argued about, and pastors who do not forbid beards are sometimes criticized and condemned for compromising the tradition. It looks like the tradition has been discontinued. They are saying that it should no longer be taught that men who have beards or mustaches are going to Hell. Facial hair no longer is a symbol of rebellion and the drug culture.
