@@AnjaliKumari-lm7jt employees ko majdoor bana rakha hai. No work life balance, underpaying, charges for every facility and 3 month notice period. System engineer toh join karne ka fayda hi nahi. They get 3 LPA and even if join as a Specialist programmer (9.5LPA) or DSE (6LPA) then also you should try to switch from infosys ASAP. Growth bhi bohot kam hai yaha
@@AnjaliKumari-lm7jt and if you are qualified enough to join infosys as an SP then trust me, you can join any other good company which pays near to the market standard (i.e., 15LPA or above) and plus point will be that your work life resources and employee benefits will be much better in any other company
