Predicting what trump will do is as useful as believing everything he says. Yet journalists and pundits keep doing it.

This war in Syria was set up by Israel and Netanyahu. Now that U.S.and Israel is in Syria. They have to get out safely. This is what happened. In Afganastan .Netanyahu. has put .the war in the hands of the U.S. Trump will put this war to an end. Like he did with Afganastan.

I used to think so but now I'm not sure.
He wasn't a particularly good President the first time around, & I think he knows this. He's looking to improve his legacy now that he lucked out.
Putin & Russia are easy punching bags. I mean, look at 'em: drawers down, gloves unlaced. They're an easy target & they're right next to China, & Trump is going to mess with China as much as he can.

Of course, because Israel and the US immediately bombed Syrian state property, Israel has also encroached within 15 miles of Damascus. And the new leadership will likely require weapons, food and medical supplies that the Russians can provide.

And more damaging to ayatollah in Iran. Now they've lost all support outside and inside Iranians hated the regime for years. Young Iranians want not nothing to do with the Islamic republic. They want a free secular Iran for all. Good for Iran. Good for the region. Good for the world.

Ukraine could open talks with new Syria, Ukraine can send their own grain to Africa and secure the Syrian airbase and ports in partnership with Syria. They have a common enemy.

I think the Russians remaining in Syria would be a security risk to HTS and their Turkish backers. I think Turkey wants more influence in what was the old Ottoman empire zone and they need Russia out of this area so that their influence will less of a challenge. And that the idea will be to let the Russians depart without losing too much face. As for money they can get that from Turkiye.

At the end of the day the new Syrian leadership will almost certainly keep the Russians on, in the wake of Israel and the US bombing Syrian state property, encroaching within 20km of Damascus etc. They will also require weapons, food and medicine. The Russians will also review the situation and increase their presence in Libya and potentially Algeria as a more strategic up to date location on the Mediterranean for its activities with African allies.

What is your view on the rumours that Ukraine is contemplating rearming itself with nukes?
I see this as a bit of counterblustering to Putin’s continuous threats but at the same time it does make for a forceful plan B wouldn’t it?

It’s sad that the government doesn’t seem to understand the struggles people are going through these days. I feel for those in the crypto market who are trying to navigate it without guidance. Thanks to Mrs. Bridgette Jolie-just picture investing $25,000 and getting back $100,300!

Very odd comment. Trump has on several occasions expressed his admiration and support for Putin and will definitely side with him. He will force Ukraine to give up the land that Russia has so far occupied.
