if you put three of those pieces of metal on the motor it will shoot faster and a higher voltage makes more revolutions per minute and adding a bullet/ammo feed with another tube and spring can auto load ammo

It's not really an electric gun. It's mechanical. The electricity is only being used to help chamber the round but it has nothing to do with actually firing the weapon.
