This video is just fantastic, I mean you don't run into videos like this anymore. This will blow up one day and have over a million views, right now it has 3,744. Informative, transparent and straight to the point! Great vid thank you
Came here to write the same thing. 89,000 views 1 year later.
@nathanludwig2562@@TheJesman007No way!! Same here 105k views
This is pure value. You gave us actual fundamental analysis tools and explained how they work. Great crash course. Thank you!
I've been trying to figure much of this out on my own. This is giving me a great starting point on what to look for and what it means to start valuing stocks and preforming fundamentals in addition to simply trying to chart stocks.
honestly ryan i can't thank you enough for this information. THANK YOU.
Dude! Has been so useful. Basically my approach was to go over the video with you explaining it while looking up various stocks on Yahoo finance. And as you keep doing it over and over at some point it starts to stick. It's almost like you're walking it through with me. And now when I look at a financial statement it's obvious what to look for. Still going over to few more times but it definitely helps. Thanks!
Glad it helped!
Excellent video! You deserve way more views than what you have right now.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
Thanks for watching Divino!
This is excellent material. It's exactly the refresher I needed.
Thanks for making this, really enjoyed the detailed ratios review in the second half.
Awesome video man! Very informative!👌👏👏👏
This is the best fundamental analysis explanation. Well-done
An excellent tutorial! Greatly appreciated

His fundamental pre market analysis is one none... Thanks alot
massive bro!...love it!
Exceptional content! Well worth listening to!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I know your channel since around 2018. Initially, I thought it was very interesting but soon after I stopped watching as I'm not American and some tips seemed more adequate do American citizens. Furthermore, since cryptocurrencies were not taxed in my country (until this year ahah), I shifted my focus from stocks to cryptos. Now I wanted to focus back on stocks and was looking for a tutorial about fundamental analysis. UA-cam showed me your video. Very excited to watch the entirety of this video and maybe rewatch your channel!
Great information

Glad you enjoyed it
Yes I am very interested on fundamental analysis
Excellent video sir!
Thanks for watching
Thank you Ryan! I love what you are doing and the way you explain complicated things! I gained so much knowledge and understanding on how to analyse a stock. A couple of questions. How can I find out who are the biggest investors in a company, e.g. WB? And where can I see if the employees of the company are buying or selling their shares? What is the best book or manual on value investment you can recommend?
You're amazing
We need practical videos to understand more , thank you
It would be good to actually show an income statement and show how the growth rates are determined. Also how different income statements look different for different types of companies.
what sources do you use to analyze financial statements?
This is great. Do you have recommendations for resources to dive even deeper into fundamental analysis?
There's a lot of great courses around there. I would recommend finding 2 or 3 channels that focus on that and then seeing if they hav e a course if you enjoy their content.
this is so underated
Thx man times are tough right now so people aren't educating themselves much about the stock market but I think this video will be appreciated over the next decade or so!
@@RyanScribner Hopefully so Ryan! Love your videos keep up the work!!!!
This video is very well done and informative!
I’m not gonna lie though, I google the fair value of a company and compare it to the current stock price for a quick and dirty comparison. If it is overvalued I discard it, if it is seemingly undervalued I take a deeper dive to find out if it is really undervalued or just a poor value.
Thanks king 👑
Thank you for taking the time to make an "introduction to market alalysis" video for us new to investing. Do you have videos on other types of investing like dividends, REITs, ETFs, mutual funds? I'd like to see a series of dividends if you have one.
Thank you! Yes I do: ua-cam.com/video/uHYYrsVpr5Q/v-deo.htmlsi=w8kvA69LTiq2SwP1
great analysis
Wait are these videos from a long time ago? They dont seem recent
Hello Ryan, can you create a playlist for all the youtube video's connected to this course ?
Good idea! Yes I will do that soon
@@RyanScribnerany update big dog ? 👀
Thank you for this video.
Glad it was helpful!
16:14 you said apple stock is significantly cheaper since the P/E ratio was lower compared to the s&p 500 P/E ratio. I wonder if I say It's UNDERPERFORMING instead of the world CHEAPER would that be the wrong thing to say?
Which one is better: short-term or long-term debt? If there is no definitive answer to that, then do I only need to worry about whether the company will cover its short-term AND long-term debt?
Compare total assets to total liabilities.
could you make a video on finviz stock screener for picking stocks???
What are the best free stock screener for us stocks
I like dividends 💵
Very good video!
Thank you very much!
how to calculate ANNUAL EPS?
Genuine question. Talking about high-growth companies that are reinvesting revenue back into their business, how would I know that they're doing that?
When Revenue grows year over year and there is little or no dividend payout. Also look at ROIC because that is their Return On Invested Capital.

Is peg the same as beta?
I still have a hard time accepting a company can have a negative book value.
Congrats on GNUS
investing is the only way you can use money to make money..
Heard of trading?
😂😂😂😂😂
@@you-bq3obgambling you mean?
@@nikiinge6386 I agree it feels like gambling as they do say to be a good trader you need to win 60% of the time and that margin doesn't satisfy me. But I've heard some traders sticking to certain pairs who have 80-90% success rates. Particularly the SPX or S&P 500. So mastering a particular trade may not necessarily be gambling, especially if you understand technical indicators and keep up to date with economic news. But trading one pair sounds boring as fuck.

Did anybody notice he did a magic trick @12:00? 😅
How to calculate anticipated 5 year growth?
Again would be good to get a view on income generation vs high yield ETFs.
@higson You should have used a Robo-trading tool or traded with Gary Joe Wilde or any other experienced and regulated person. As a complete beginner myself, I have made over 30K in less than 5 months with him.
@higson 60%! That is huge you should have opted for a Robo platform or traded with Gary Joe Wilde, or any other certified pro. As a complete beginner myself, I have made over $30K in less than 5 months with him.
what if EPS of a company is negative ?
It means their net income is negative.
Amazon is under $200 how is it at $1500?
@@RyanScribner got it, thx for replying

The narrative is too fast - a slower pace would be helpful!
There is a playback speed in youtube that can slow down the pace. If it helps.
You can do it from video settings. Settings - playback speed you can select .75x or .5x as per your choice
9:10 The answer is not no. It's actually yes. It does change that much, constantly. We just don't have access to real-time sales data and expenses of a company. 😀 (I'm guessing some people do have this access to the data.)

You shaved before GNUS hit $5?
