I got this phone as a temporary/reserve phone, because my mainphone was in for repairs. I must say I'm pleasantly surprised by this e14. Especially for the money you got a pretty decent phone. Yes you sure should not expect a superphone but for it being a budget phone it works fine for daily use
I hope it'll launch in india under 6.5K INR. My main purpose is just reading ebooks and watching youtube videos. It'll be better upgrade over my moto e13
Hello! I'm planning to buy a spare cheap phone due to the high cases of phones being stolen in London and use it while travelling. Does this support Spotify?
Hi, very good and excellent review. I would like to buy this smartphone for my mother (age 84 years) but there is a main problem: it is too difficult for her to work with a smartphone. So sad.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed. You may be better of getting a more simple phone with larger buttons rather than a touch screen and they may find it easier to use
@typicaltechlad Yes you are right. Honestly I I did bought a smartphone for my mother two years ago (A Redmi global with a Amoled screen) but again too difficult for her) but now she a Panasonic KX-TU 260 4G gsm. It's much easier for her to use. Anyway, thanks for your response.
My daughter has this phone, it's surprisingly good for a low budget phone - and a good phone for a kid. My parents got another Motorola bought l last year at a similar prize - but that one sucks. If you go up a bit in prize I wouldn't buy a Motorola though (had onev60-something that was far worse than Xiamois phones around 2-300 usd.
I wouldn’t say it’s very slim, smartphone builds have come a long way and majority of them are built quite solidly nowadays. It doesn’t have all the fancy durability as other high end smartphones but it’ll be fine as long as you’re not throwing it across the room 😂
Moto E14 is very nice-mine's the Vodafone AU prepaid variant which I got for $99 in the Graphite Gray colourway. Basic but does the job for me! Mine’s the XT2421-15 which has NFC (market/region dependent).
Would be okay for a child I guess, it’s okay for very simple things, watching videos, playing simple games etc. Just have to patient with it as it can be slow at times opening apps and yes it does have Google Play Store
Older user looking for a budget mobile for calls and messages. Review was just what I needed to see. Thanks.

I got this phone for 2024 Christmas dots worth it ❤
Looks OK for £70. Perfect for a Second Phone for work. May get this, thanks for the review 👍
You’re welcome and yes as a second phone or for light and simple use it does the job
Thanks for a great review

Ebooks on that poor quality screen will destroy your eyes. Consider investing on an actual e-ink reader instead to avoid eye strain
Decent for a spare device imo or for an older person who wants a basic android that has all the modern day features/apps you need to get by.
Exactly that, can be a bit slow at times but if you’re patient with it then you’ll be okay
Planing to buy is this good for games atleast for robloxs?
I wouldn’t really use it for gaming tbh unless they are very simple games
No get moto g14 it has double the ram or wait for the g15.
Just to say, great review keep up the good work, thank you 🙏
Thank you 🤩
Very noice moto e14 phone

Has got nfc /fingerprint?
no
No 😢. Worse than the predecessor which has fingerprint but not NFC
I cared about screen luminosity and color hue. It was the best from the budget stuff.

How reliable are Motorolla phones do you think, and should you get a virus security app for it?
