- Russian armoured vehicles appear to have shot a cyclist in Bucha whilst the area was under Russian control in March.
Over the weekend footage has emerged of a dead body by a bicycle in the same location the incident took place.

It's the same guy. I geolocated it personally to 50.54142400387638, 30.228890818043602. Cyclist is northbound on Voksalina St, turns left onto Yablunska St. The red fence is found on the cornerlot, south side of Yablunska. The sidewalk is not painted yellow/white in google maps, as the streetview is old.
At 0:12 they circle the cyclist, there is a distinct house to his right, that house is verified in google maps. There is another distinct brown house at the top of that shot, it's verified. The apartment building is matched, as are all of the red roofs by the convoy.
The only building not verified is the very distinct building at 0:23 with the 5 red square arches on it's south side, north of the brown house. Instead this is an empty lot in google maps, leading me to believe google is old, accounting for any other discrepancies.
@@justinatest9456 yes the place is right, it's exactly there. I thought tanks are shooting elsewhere though because there's more than one shot. Hitting a bike with more shots of a cannon would make dust. Also I see this light pole on the ground visible only when close up. It seems shady on purpose.

Pay attention to the chronology:
0:19 - BMD #1 opens fire even before the cyclist turns the corner. The barrel is positioned straight 12:00 am. No signs of hitting the road etc. Looks like it is engaged in fight with someone.
0:20 - the cyclist proceeds past the corner and approaches BMDs
0:30 - BMD #1 still shoots in its previous direction
0:35 - BMD #2 turns its barrel to 13:00 am position exactly to the mast/pole where the cyclist is later found
0:42 - BMD #2 shoots its 30 mm cannon exactly into the mast, smoke and dust are visible as the mast breaks. The fence near the broken mast is later photographed and is filled with small holes, obviously coming from 30 mm fragmentation

FYI The Sun uploaded a cropped version of this video that loses sight of the cyclist, leading it's viewers to doubt that he was the target. That video got a lot more views than this one did, and there will be a lot of people using that video to cast doubt on this killing. I initially thought the same, until I found this version. So expect to be talking about two different videos of the same incident.

@@mikail6523 Is the outside of the fence red or brown, the inside grey or green? Two cameras wont capture same hue and saturation, especially on two different days. Anyway, SkyNews says they geolocated the two video’s and that is far more trustworthy than your nonsense.

There is no proof that there is a link between the shooting and if the dead person on the ground is the same as the one on the bike. From far view we see a dark brown fence and a white house while in close view the fence is obviously green and the house yellow beige. Furthermore, why the drone film cut between the far and close view ! Sorry, but not convincing at all for me.

I feel great appreciation towards those who do this kind of investigation. Although it's already pretty obvious that war crimes have been committed in Ukraine by the Russians, the more detailed the information we have is, the less there is room for denial and disinformation. I wish strength to those who conduct the investigation, especially on the ground, because it must be one of the most mentally consuming things one can do.

-It wasn't investigated internally according to international law.
-It was absolutely intentional.

I'm from Uzbekistan and i have questions. Why fences of different colors, as well as a recumbent cop. Also, there are no identification marks on the tanks, and why did the drone suddenly change the trajectory of the surveillance video at the moment when the smoke started?
Why are they showing a new cut right before that shot? And how do we then know that it happened around the same timestamp?
Man walks down street with 30mm rounds flying through the cross roads, decides to keep walking, then turns the corner facing them. What we do not know here, if there was a warning shot, someone shouting to tell him to stop and turn away. Did the man carry on towards them? posing as a threat? sit down and think in these situations from both sides before making judgements

Verified by myself as well after an extensive manual search of Bucha from above via Google Earth, looking for landmarks and corresponding buildings and roof colors… fence is alternating BOTH green AND brown… I wish I noticed this comment and the street name beforehand, would have saved me some time 🤣…

The Mast shown in the aftermath is fallen towards the tank that was firing. The man on the bicycle was shot at from the opposite side. Probably Ukrainian Army.

From what I see to put his bike on the sidewalk. And the first shoot happen after.
I assume the first was a warning shot, but he didn't understand that. They probably had orders not to allow anyone and there's no way normal people can know that, however the warning shot should've really forced him backwards. It is a bit baffling why he didn't heed it.
The first shot was probably directed towards a target further ahead, down the street or in some building. It couldn't have been a warning shot for him specifically because he hadn't turned the corner yet. When he turns the corner the other tank started blasting right away; likely a twitchy reaction from a paranoid/weary driver who also had in his mind Zelensky's proclamations at the start of "every willing Ukrainian civilian getting weapons to fight the invaders".

from those vehicles (which are not tanks ) , a low calibre cannon shell like a 20mm or 30mm will leave some body parts if it hit, it coul even leave an intact body. A near miss will still kill and leave the body intact.

Lets be realistic...a guy just randomly uses a bicycle goes towards a Russia tank that is just resting? Another guy just happens to use a drone? Or a good camera to film it? At a perfect angle? And the tank just blows the bicycle up? like a scene from a movie...i don't know anymore. Its all seems staged.

It was no mistake either they fired on him for 43 seconds, at least half a dozen HE rounds, at a bicyclist. In a residential neighborhood. Go look at the streetview on Maps, it looks like Canada to me.

Unfortunately humans have proven over and over again that, just as they are capable of the most selfless acts, they are also capable of the most callous atrocities… the Russians are not exceptional in this… they are just exceptional in this particular instance, in this particular war… This is what much of the culture of the military does: it sells nationalism and blind allegiance and a dehumanization of the enemy at all costs. After all, the purpose of the military is to “create” killing machines… let’s be real about this. This doesn’t apply across the board, this requires to some nuance to unpack… but poorly trained militaries, fighting offensive wars, that answer to autocratic leaders, instead of at least some semblance of a democratically organized people or nation… yeah, it’s not surprising this horror unfolds before us over and over again…

Mentioning of geo-locating and finding the exact place is nonsense. I tried for half an hour and could not find anything in common between images at time marks 0:50 and 1:00.
Well I sat on google earth for all of 45 minutes and found the spot in question… would have been nice to have noticed one of the previous comments giving the cross streets… would have made it quicker for me… 🤦🏼♂️ It is in fact the spot mentioned. The fence is green and brown and then green again. Let’s not forget this is still Eastern Europe, where everything is all sorts of different colors… houses are painted half colors, etc. Trust me, I’m half Ukrainian and Half Russian and have been to these places a number of times… Don’t take my word for it, search the cross streets on Google earth yourself…
Took me 3 minutes to find, 5 minutes to verify... I geolocated it to 50.54142400387638, 30.228890818043602. Cyclist is northbound on Voksalina St, turns left onto Yablunska St. The red fence is found on the cornerlot, south side of Yablunska. The sidewalk is not painted yellow/white in google maps, as the streetview is old.
At 0:12 they circle the cyclist, there is a distinct house to his right, that house is verified in google maps. There is another distinct brown house at the top of that shot, it's verified. The apartment building is matched, as are all of the red roofs by the convoy.
The only building not verified is the very distinct building at 0:23 with the 5 red square arches on it's south side, north of the brown house. Instead this is an empty lot in google maps, leading me to believe google is old, accounting for any other discrepancies.

I dont see any Z, and I dont see any dead cyclist. The body of the 'dead cyclist' is completelly blurred and doesnt prove he is actually dead. Even if he was, he was killed by ukrainian forces, as there is no Z on those vehicles.

Video from the Azov UAV, it is obvious that the UAV operator purposefully followed the cyclist, most likely he was sent there deliberately. Russian armored vehicles are fighting and shots are visible earlier, but the cyclist, having paused, continues to move towards the line of fire.
