If 1 crore Indian youth are graduating every year. How many are getting jobs out of them? Maybe 1 lakh are are getting a job that is 1 percent graduate employed 99 percentage 😢 unemployed. So sad I feel for my country.
Only jobs available are
1. Caller
2. Salesperson
Most of the jobs are target based and salaries are around 10-15k which is not enough.
People who don't have enough money to start their own business are really struggling.
Most of these jobs are in some shady scam call center, that too in night shifts 😂

I'm an Engineer and there are plenty of jobs. Just getting an Engineer degree is not enough you must have practical skills. The people who don't have skills go for call centres or cry on government 😂😂

I think that we should demand good education system rather than jobs.
These mfs at universities don't teach anything and then push graduates for govt jobs.
Yes we should but currently it doesn't matter. You may think universities are pushing us for govt jobs but thats not true there is no choice there is no private jobs. Private jobs are very scarce in our country even more scarce then govt jobs. I personally know many CS engineers who are actually highly skilled but they are not getting jobs on top of that layoffs are very high in private sector. Without jobs even skilles won't do anything

It’s a minor problem, the major one is people having higher education and skills aren’t getting the job even when they are qualified! Govt isn’t opening vacancies for already vacant posts from years. It’s frustrating to get higher education, waste your youth chasing degrees and by the time you come out in market, there are no jobs. This govt isn’t interested to pay so they avoid the topic. I’m from health sector and we’ve never seen that we have to struggle getting a job but after Modi govt they just never recruit high salary jobs instead settle for contractual 11 months order with 1/3rd salary. If that is condition of health sector, I don’t want to imagine where lakhs of candidates are struggling for jobs. This has been happening from close to a decade now! Don’t vote for BJP, choose any other.

भाई, एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या प्राचीन भारतीय संस्कृति को भुला देना है !.....प्राचीन भारत में हर व्यक्ति अपनी योग्यता का प्रयोग केवल अपने लाभ के लिए नही बल्कि पूरे समाज के हित के लिए किया करता था !......पुराने समय में किसी गांव में जब किसी के यहां कोई कार्यक्रम होता था तो पूरा गांव बिना बोले ही उसकी मदद में जुट जाता था !.....आज के समय में मालिक और कर्मचारी के सैलरी में काफी अंतर हो गया है !.....बहुत से एंप्लॉयर लाभ का बड़ा हिस्सा अपने कर्मचारियों के साथ नही बांटना
चाहते!...... वो ये नही सोचते की अगर दिवाली पर उनके बच्चो को नए कपड़े पहनने का हक है तो उनके सभी कर्मचारियों की भी आमदनी कम से कम इतनी होनी चाहिए की वे भी अपने परिवार को नए कपड़े दिला सके!......हमे युवाओं के अंदर "वसुधैव कुटुंबकम्" की भावना से रूबरू कराना होगा !......

People may think that youth is not skilled properly and they ask for govt jobs but thats not completely true. Many skilled people are actually not getting jobs because there are no private jobs. Private jobs are even more scarce then govt jobs and layoffs in private sector is also high. There are skilled people but no opportunities. But still skill is a issue according to skill India mission by current govt. 40cr workforce was supposed to be skilled till 2022 but only 1.4cr has been skilled till now out of that only 25 lakh got jobs
Its a good point. Private Jobs are not there. But also schools/Colleges in India are not very Good. Also we do not create jobs in the country. Indians have to shift their mindset from just engineering and medical jobs to other careers for a robust job sector.
Go into Finance/Marketing/ etc etc but unfortunately we are simply not creating jobs in any sector. Only the manufacturing sector... which is Labor intensive... is there but we all know even they dont get paid anything. India is failing big time. GDP is one measure of growth which will happen regardless but overall India is failing big time and massive unemployment. When China was going through the same phase ..their GDP was around 10 - 15% ....India is only clocking 7% ...we are NOT doing good..
This us true.m.in provate also skilldd people not gettijg jobs that are proportional to their skills and qualifications, they're hzving yo compromise and accept jobs that pay too low or are below their level..and particularly engeneering and comp sci has a lot more candidates for few jobs...now even big companies are firing people, taking on contracts or dven stopped hiring

I dont think people lack skills, skills is not something for which people are unemployed. There are many people who have skills, but aren't getting job. The problem is people want a fresher to know everything whereas the freshers needed an organisation to kickstart their career so that they can gain skills. skills isn't something which is integrated in someone from college days. Skill can be acquired within 6 months. It just the hiring procedure is so ineffective which lead to such issue and the job market.

Rest case is that students who don't know how to acquire proper knowledge of their curriculum because they find out that there aren't enough opportunities in their field and so they look for other streams.

3 years ago, after completing my graduation, I found myself having not enough skills/knowledge to apply for jobs and so I pursued for masters degree in the hope of having enough knowledge and skills to apply for even better jobs.
3 years later, here I am the unemployed master degree holder finding jobs and finding myself everyday being a complete failure. I feel like I don't even possess the undergrad level knowledge now. Can there be any government who will literally give the tiniest amount of shit to us? Or is it our ultimate destiny to be the puppets of these politicians who doesn't even know how to sign their own name?!
Big things are missing here:
Where colleges are at fault the employability is not just being effected due to them.
Students when faced with syllabus first chose the path of cheating to progress, chat gpt, or copy from seniors as the primary means of clearing that subject that sem. How will anybody employ them?
The primary aim of life has become to watch reels, not health, watch reels not socializing, watch reels not studying, watch reels not taking interest in subject or living.
The guilt of not doing anything makes them join coursed on Udemy and Coursera which they soon forget as Monday hits and by the next Saturday that course becomes boring in front of the constant dopamine that watching reels can give. So, I say stop watching reels, ban all platforms which show reels, unemployment will improve a bit.

People just talk about the youth that they dont have skills....i just wanted to ask the elder community you you had the relevent skills when you landed in your first job before 3 decades...if the ans is no then just stop blaming us everyone get to know how the organization works after they enter in the office....but these days people are expecting that you should have office skills before you enter in the organization i mean seriously isn't that funny...how can someone from very backward class posses the office culture before entering in the organization...if the organizations give us a chance we can easily replace you elderly people taking high salaries and that too in minimum clerical level salary...so stop talking about skills you guys cant digest us entering in the organizations because you know that if we learned what you have learned in your 20 years of service in just 8 to 10 years you will be dragged down...

In government jobs, there are alot of vacancies but there isn't taking proper survey and attempt to fulfill it. While I was Studying in KVS, there were no PCM permanent teachers. this shows even if there is vacancies not enough measurement is taken to fulfill those vacancies.

Previous generations who procreated mindlessly are to blame for this. They have blood on their hands. Due to this, the life of the average person in this country is simply not worth living.
Disadvantages of this extreme overpopulation:
1. Toxic and hypercompetitive education system that only focuses on marks.
2. Overcrowded classrooms, roads, hospitals, parks, public places, tourist places, etc.
3. Road accidents and road rages.
4. Unavailability of bus and train tickets, even during urgency.
5. No footpaths on most roads, severely restricting walking space.
6. No parking space due to which half of the road space is occupied by parked vehicles.
7. Rise of obesity in young Indians due to the unavailability or overcrowding of parks, open spaces or recreational centres.
8. Young Indians preferring to stay indoors because of the depressing crowd outdoors.
9. Auditorium-sized classrooms with 250-300 students preparing for competitive exams which have less that 0.5% selection rate.
10. Severe unemployment causing huge stress to students and young adults during their prime years and prompting them to take extreme steps.
11. Low, meagre salaries even when you are overworked because you are easily replaceable.
12. Rising obesity, diabetes and heart diseases because people only think about their careers.
It's madness all around.
Fix the school system first. Basic skills in mathematics, English skills, computers/ tech, etc are supposedly taught at school which helps graduates do better at college and make them employable. Another error in this survey is the rate of under- employment or people doing work of a lower quality or quantity, which is ignored.
