Out of all the creative directors who have attempted to bring Mugler back, Casey Cadwallader is by far the best. Manfred would be extremely proud of your vision, bravo and lots and lots and lots and lots of congratulations on another fabulous collection, using all the Mugler DNA and reinventing it in a modern way for today's femme fatales. I missed Dominique Jackson though; she always brought her own uniqueness to every previous show. Pure genius.
Formichetti mugler was a lil more dramatic (3 first collections at least)
To me formichetti was horrible something hard ti look at, this Is real Mugler I love it

Yes, Casey has been the best but it’s becoming one note. The black, nude illusion and cutouts are becoming boring.

I really like this kind of gentle inclusivity. It’s not advertising “LOOK WE ARE BEING INCLUSIVE” but just including many models with different body types as if they were always part of the fashion industry. And I love how everyone seemed like a professional runway model (paris was little dramatic but still)

Thats one thing I've always appreciated about Therry Mugler line and shows. He was known since the 80s and 90s to include models of different ages and sizes

3:56 and 6:07 are really just chef's kiss, the fabric really makes it seem like they are divine beings with black smoke or flames emitting from them
the shots and the walk of the last model was totally jawdropping.
The movement of the fabric really made this magical and ethereal, I was completely lost in it. It felt so much quicker than 7 minutes but I digested it all.
Eartheater's track works so seemless with the visuals of Mugler's show in the end 💜

This show was absolutely incredible !! Mugler these days has been consistently reformulating itself but what I think what makes Mugler stand out from other brands that also do this is that they keep looking at what has worked in the past and how they can improve or make it even better.. Finally, even though people have been complaining how Casey {Cadawaller , creative director} needs to bring back the ‘Vegas showgirl-esque’ look that Monsieur Mugler had in the 90s and to them, I say this : Since S/S 2020 when L’Oréal bought Mugler, their shows have gotten so much better have had increasingly more theatrical elements implemented in their shows and with their H&M collab, Mugler is back to being the brand on everyone’s lips..

Not an expert whatsoever, but what this show is conveying to me is a journey through living life on earth and life in the free spirit, our spirits flow much like water and much like the tails of majestic sea creatures which initially comes to my mind when looking at this collection. Although many do not applaud this work, I do see that the vision was clear and the DNA was properly formed with unwavering attention to detail. The use of flowy fabrics represents the free spirit/soul/water, the use of strong, bright fringe-like material represents the thing that connects each and every one of us(the cosmic web) and the basic, more comprehensible looks is what is the base, our lives here on earth, this collection is an ascension, not to be perceived, but studied, true FASHION.
I get instant chills when I start watching Mugler’s runway. I love every single thing, every single detail. 😍❤

The Mugler SS 2024 show? A masterpiece. Casey’s innovation and creativity resonate in ways words can’t capture, literally moving me. First Muglerrr, where’s our Apple Music playlist? Those beats were fire! We need that playlist to relive the magic. And secondly, no other fashion house comes close to the cinematic artistry of Casey Cadwallader. From that quintessentially Mugler title sequence to the fierce outfits, attitude, and cultural depth - Mooglaireeeee is serving, and trust me, we’re eating it up!
I can't just put in words how this made me feel, there was this one dress which literally looked like fire following smoke it was gorgeous, and every piece just said a beautiful story, loved the music, loved the collection and omg presentation ❤❤❤
I expected something unforgettable from Mugler and he fulfilled something that will never be erased, iconic❤
